I have never ridin at BMX, usually ride at village. I would like to know what day and time to practice. I am 40yrs young and have a 6 year old son that wants to ride at the track. I heard that BMX is much safer for the little one's. Thanks!

No scheduled practices but the next race is Sunday March 27th. Practice is at 9am and races at 10am. All 50's riders trophy. Decent sizes vet classes that run also.
